It turns out Pei Wei has a gluten-free menu... But me, I just ordered Pad Thai, thinking of course that they would make it with traditional, real Pad Thai ingredients -- of which SOY SAUCE is not one.... nope...Not this giant, soulless chain. If you want Pad Thai gluten free you have to order it that way. Well, I did not.
Today, I feel like a truck hit me. But mostly I am PISSED.
I don't like chains anyway... so Pei Wei is off the list and next time I want Pad Thai I'll order it from a Thai person at a Thai restaurant.... I am such an idiot. I hope I haven't ruined Thanksgiving.
