On Saturday there was a funeral. My friends buried their as-yet-unborn daughter... who died in utero from an umbilical chord accident. She was the fourth child.
The first died of kidney failure as an infant.
The second had a hard birth and the scarring therefrom precluded an natural conception for the third. She was concieved after 70K in infertility treatments. She was born with abdominal cancer 2.5 months premature. However, she is doing well and in remission. The fourth child was never to be conceived. My friends were told they were done. She was a miracle baby. 5 months along.

You can never know how the world will work. You must not worry. Because tomorrow is not promised and if it were, and it contained such horrors, you would not wish to take another breath. So, to all those who suffer needless worry about things they cannot control. Shut up already. Your life isn't this bad. And if it were, you wouldn't be strong enough to keep going.
