no... I do not have pictures.
yes... I do have full insurance and I will get my car back - on Feb. 22nd
no... the man I hit was not seriously injured
yes... we were both shaken up and have serious whiplash
no... my car was not drivable
yes... it gets worse.

As I was speaking to the insurance company about sending someone out to help me, the cop at the scene starts yelling at me about getting off the phone and finishing the exchange of information.
I put my phone on the top of his car.
After we finished exchanging info., he drove off. With my phone.
I did go all the way to his house to see if it might still be there, but alas it was not. The phone was lost forever. Smashed, I am sure, into 4 Billion bits on 635.
