how to get all your servings of good stuff in one meal.

First, you saute red pepper and grape tomatoes, onion, mushroom and broccoli in butter. Then, add some FRESH basil from the garden, a nice shake of salt and grind of pepper, and some fresh crushed garlic right at the end before you serve.
Eat this over corn pasta.
Be prepared, the veggies taste so good you'll be wondering what to do with the leftover noodles.
Eat a fresh sliced white-flesh peach for dessert.
