did I mention I really miss Bill... Clinton.

Ok.. .so It's Morning Again in America was the title of an Ad that Reagan ran in 1980 that helped him defeat Carter. And this is relevant again today because I have this new thing where I really want all political advertising on both sides stopped immediately. And no, I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I just want it to happen.
If someone has a way, I'm all ears.

The Cube came today. 'Course the delivery guy was 2.5 hours late. GRRRRR.
Anyway, I opened it up and peeked inside. There were the shovels my father has had since before I was born. And my Giant Teddy from my first Birthday. And Mom's fur coat, which she told me I wouldn't be able to wear because I needed to lose weight. And a clothing rack I did not ask for and what looks to be two buckets of sheet rock mud... WHAT?
Oh, and all the furniture.
Suffice it to say I have no idea what Madness my father - who was sending me stuff he thought I might want, and my mother, who was sending me stuff she thought I might need - were thinking. Or if they were. Can't wait.
Did I mention I hate surprises.

Moved some furniture. My room is now very comfy and also a bit crowded. But I am sure the D-O-G-S will be happy... more soft surfaces to sleep on. I need to find a few seconds to go buy a new mattress. I've only had since July to get it done. Anyway, rocker, arm chair, couch, coffee table and lamps arrived, along with bureau.
And aforementioned craziness.

My roommate was having a bad day... so I pointed out that things could be worse... she could be Sarah Palin: mean, irritating and hunted by the press.

Hands are dry. And it's mid-afternoon. Were I able to, I would now sleep a bit. But we are very busy. We're up to 35 orders. All of them in Oil and Gas and IT. It's so much fun. We get to work in areas I'm not familiar with at all and there isn't much in the way of competition on the Oil and Gas side. I am completely reinvigorated. And very happy, I must say.
