I want ...

To be the kind of person who:
*** thinks of exercise as a daily habit that is essential for modern, civil existence - like brushing your teeth or washing your hair - or as much of my daily routine as coffee.
*** knows she can survive just fine on 7 hours of sleep and does so regularly so that she can take care of things that matter to everyday life and still fit in the big things she dreams of.
*** knows it will be soon, very soon, that she gets to go overseas again.
*** eats high-quality, gourmet food.
*** does things right now, rather than sometime later.
*** drives well.
*** keeps a clear head, and stops to regain a clear head when she realizes she's lost perspective.
*** laughs all the time.
*** wastes less food.
*** reads more.
*** keeps track of her things.
*** stops herself before she spends unnecessarily.
*** remembers that anything is possible if you chunk it down into enough small milestones of achievement.
*** craves fruit.
*** takes a minute before she gets in over her head.
*** let's things unfold over time.
*** turns the other cheek and employs more powerful methods of forgiveness if she finds herself stuck in a tree.
*** is satisfied with one helping at dinner.
*** asks for what she really wants, even if it seems impossible that someone would just give it to her.
*** keeps her options open.
*** dies what she says she is going to do.
*** remains focused on what will and what won't make her money.
*** cooks with gentleness and care, not just passion.
