- Take the front wheels off the car (one at a time) so that I can fix the bumper trim. This involves jacking up the car, taking off the wheel, affixing washers to the trim piece with liquid nails, reinserting the trim piece into its rightful groove [ insert
dance move here], Snapping in the fancy pin/screw/proprietary devices that should have been standard OTC bolts. Remounting the wheel and then doing the other side. - Remove the house numbers from under the eave and remount where they are actually visible from the street. Poor mailpersons.
- Finish mounting the four-way faucet splitter by getting out the drill, pre-drilling a hole, and then affixing the brace to the wall with enclosed molly and screw.
- Transplanting the tree and Nandina from the side yard. Tree is unidentified but pretty.
- Sifting the rocks out of the vegetable garden.
- Replanting for fall.
- Mulching the orchard
- Weed-eating the strip between the alley and the fence.
- Buying brown duct tape and "fixing" the hole in the vinyl on the hot tub cover.
- Using the abundance of orange silk that were my bedroom curtains to make a skirt - or possibly my Halloween costume.
- Replacing the rope lights on the back deck.
- Tightening the hang kits on the gate and adding two more.
- Harvesting Kale and Arbol chilies to make Potato Kake soup with Grueyere and fresh arbol sauce.
- vacuuming the bedroom (boring right?)
- Calling Kassy about transplanting the persimmon tree
- Prepping the orchard to receive another tree.
- Buying more toilet paper
- Buy paint to fix the doors.
- Putty said doors, before painting
- Hook up the gas grill (hard, right? But it's on the list).
- Hanging pictures that have been sitting on a chair for two months.
- Order port-o-potties for BFE. If you don't know, don't ask.
- And... decide if I want to freecycle my rugs.
