A short list of things I want to do...

Spread weed and feed on the front and back yard.
Spread rye seed on the back yard.
Poison the gravel in the driveway and the rock barriers.
Move the remaining rock and bricks to the back to make a flower bed.
Buy and plant rose bushes and fruit trees.
Water.
Rake leaves.
Cut a hole in the shed and install Doggie Door.
Cut a hole in the shed for the air conditioner.
Go to Leslie's to get the windows.
Cut holes in the shed for the Windows.
Rake the gravel into place.
Weed and mulch the beds.
Hang lights and chimes on front porch.

Attach final three pieces of 2x8 board to frame of deck.
Place bricks in lines perpendicular to the house.
Run 2x8 boards along the brick to form base layer.
Run 2x6 pieces parallel to house to form subfloor.
Begin screwing on decking.
Add railings.
Add stairs.
Power Wash.
Stain.
Seal.

Paint gate.
Repaint back doors.
Paint Shed.

Test hot tub to see if it holds water.
Buy foam and insert into cover.
Empty out tub and tip on its side.
Rebuild base and then put tub on new base.
Reframe the enclosure and add wood cladding.
Paint.

Get more wood off of Craigs List.
Build arbor over shed and build tea house.
Make floor of tea house with pavestone and sand.
Plant Wysteria.

Sell house.... ?
