It means Soup
1. Mince up an onion and a bell pepper (color irrelevant) and sautee them in some butter. 2.yes, use butter. Don't argue... you're not eating the whole pot so you can handle the butter.3. Crush up as much garlic as you think you can stand. Actually, make that as much garlic as you think your nearest co-worker can stand - tomorrow. Add it to the sauteeing stuff.4. Cube up some well-marbled beef like crown roast or skirt steak and add it to the simmer.5. Salt. No, don't ask me how much. you have to decided that. Start with a small amount and add and taste and add and taste until it's yummy.6. Add a can of tomato paste (a larger can, not the itty bitty ones) and two cans of water.7. Add about 1/3 cup of sweet or smoked paprika. Yes, you'll have to choose.8. Add 2 tbs of dill.9. Simmer until the meat is tender, adding water if it gets to thick or threatens to scorch.10. Serve over buttered noodles with a dollop of sour cream11. Kristin and Lisa, use portobellas in the place of beef (and do not argue about the butter... you aren't making this every day and you aren't even using beef)!

I've never been threatened by meat...or soup. This one sounds exciting!
So do these have names? Besides the potato soup, I got that one down. :)
